Main responsabilities:
Provides support to assigned regions on systems and tools related to Meetings & Events Services. Support services include but are not limited to CVENT Business Support, system modules (Registration Websites, Mobile Applications, Attendee Surveys, Housing Management, Meeting Registration Forms (MRF), Budget, Sourcing, etc.), CVENT training and data management. Delivers services to internal and external customers within defined SLAs and quality measurements.
Necessary requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, marketing, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years in related discipline
English Level: B2+
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with MS Office tools
Cvent software experience
