Main responsabilities:
Develop the end-to-end project lifecycle for the new automated production line, from initial conceptualization to deployment and optimization.
Assess existing processes and recommend automation solutions that increase efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Supports technicians during troubleshooting activities when complex technical issues arise on the production floor.
Required qualifications:
Strong technical acumen in automation technologies, including PLCs, vision systems, robotics, and data analytics.
Proven track record of managing small to medium-sized automation projects, with the ambition and capability to transition to larger scale projects.

Necessary requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering Electromechanical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electrical
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or related fields
Knowledge of quality systems and compliance regulations
Skills:
PLC programming or mechanical design (SolidWorks is a must)
Ability to organize, present, and explain technical information
English level:
B2+
