About the Role:

Responsible for carrying out the recruitment and selection process to provide potential candidates for various vacancies within the organization, conducting competency-based interviews. Additionally, the recruiter will identify, attract, and enhance internal talent following the guidelines established by HR management and leadership.

Important considerations: 
Availability and flexibility to travel to the Heredia (Mainly), Cartago and Alajuela sites as needed for the role are required.

Necessary requirements:
Education: 
Bachelor's or Licentiate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields

Experience: 
3 to 5 years of recruiting experience, specifically in high-growth-high-performance environments in competitive markets
Experience in recruiting profiles within the medical industry.

English Level: 
B2+
