Key Responsibilities:
Perform QA laboratory testing and accurately document results.
Conduct complaint investigations (CIS) as required.
Identify improvement opportunities and participate in continuous improvement projects.
Support process/equipment qualification and perform intermediate statistical analysis.
Participate in problem-solving sessions and apply Root Cause Analysis tools (Ishikawa, 5 Why’s, 6M’s).
Collaborate on operational excellence initiatives and process improvement (Kaizen or others).
Requirements:
Education:
High School diploma.
Technical studies in Quality, Production, Metrology, Electromechanical, Microbiology, Electromedicine, Biotechnology, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience:
At least 2 years in a similar position, with proven focus on Customer, Quality, and Continuous Improvement.
English level:
B2 (written and spoken).
